Mall del Norte and WBCA Cookie Decorating Showdown

LAREDO, Texas (February 04, 2025) – Join us for the annual cookie decorating event with the Washington Birthday Celebration Association to kick off the WBCA kiosk’s opening in Center Court. During the event, participants, local celebrities, and dignitaries show off their cookie decorating skills and their pride in the Washington Birthday celebratory events. Participants will include George & Martha Washington, Princess Pocahontas, The Chief, The Abrazo Children, and more.
